Best view that i dont have money to buy.
The builders and planners are packing these beautiful luxury master pieces entirely too close to each other. A lot of the audio/visual privacy is neglected by doing that. And for that type of money property spacing and privacy should be a key feature when planning. those tiny stone gates and mini trees just aren’t going to do.
A nice house in some respects, but dismal in others. Hated all the dark finishes…depressing. And the neighboring properties are much too close… the neighbor sneezes indoors, you hear it. Yuck! Wall it off completely and give me loads of trees for natural privacy and maybe I’d consider it. As it stands now however, it’s awful. 👎
