We have requests from clients for quotes all of the time tonhave their wrought iron and metal patio furniture sets to get blasted and coated. More often then not we hear, “why so much, it’s only patio furniture?”
Simply put, it requires media and takes time.
Narrow surfaces consume far more media than a larger flat surface, not to mention things under pressure travel the path of least resistance which means that those lines, channels, grooves and ornamental pieces require more attention to detail and slower passes. We definitely take pride in all of our work and alway strive to provide the most competitive price, we’d just like to remind folks what’s involved with blasting wrought iron and metal furniture sets.
Now dustless blasting is definitely safer against scratches from a grinder. Dustless blasting can get into places sandpaper just can’t. Plus, theres no doubt that the surface is clean.
