Landscaping Tips for Curb Appeal and Designing Your Garden in Stages

Rosanne’s garden has been designed and installed over a period of twenty years, with no master landscape plan. Yet, by following a few simple design principles, discussed in this video, her garden has the look and feel of a well-planned and cohesive garden.

Join her as she discusses her first major project — landscaping for curb appeal. See the garden plan, and the results, all in one video!

Your home and garden speak to me as my house has a rolled roof, eyebrow window and stucco. I have a sandstone patio. What do you plant the Irish Moss in? What type of soil? I have never had luck getting anything to grow between the sandstone.

This video view of your gardens and your processes through the years was so enjoyable. It took me a very long time to finish it because I kept pausing to study the abundance and designs. Thank you for sharing such a lovely tour and education with us.

This was wonderful! Loved every moment, once I got beyond the utter heartbreak of the loss of the Elm. That was a stunning tree and must have been hard to lose for a tree lover. I know I watched some of your earlier videos and will go back to review. I love your garden and your luck with the Scotch moss still amazes me in your zone! ❤️❤️

Lovely garden. I tried to plant phlox, but all was eaten by huge slugs:( We are surrounded by forest. I wish I can have stone path and Irish moss between the stones…..🙄Ah….
