Can you grow the Vietnamese coriander called Rau Ram Duan Kesom in the same way you did with the rice paddy plants?

Thank you for sharing. I had tried to grow Ngo Om countless times but never been successful. I will try your method. I have one question though, do I need to cover the pot with a plastic bag or just plant them in the container of water? Again thank you.

Thanks for your quick reply Quail Mom. I live in a tropical climate in the USA so I will try to order some seeds of the culantro (ngo gai) from amazon and try it out.

Nice tip, thank you! These herbs are quite expensive to buy in pot, so I’m trying to grow from the leftover herb, hope my next batch would be a success.

Hi Quail Mom, I am Vietnamese. I just plant Ngo Om some days. I do not need cover by plastic bag, But I kept them in house because out side stills cold > Now I can put them at out side because it is warm . First time to see your video. Nice to know you. I am living in Texas.

Thanks for the advice. I followed your method and it works perfectly. Now my rice paddy herb is even more bigger and luscious than those sold in stores.

Should I cover the plant as I grow it in my garden as well? Or do you recommend growing it in a separate pot and then cover it?

This explains so much! Because everytime we buy a pot from the grocery store they just die little by little.
