Pro Tip # 69. When burying landscape low voltage lighting wire, be sure to use conduit under any walkway so if it ever needs replacing, you can easily run a second run of wire. You’ll thank me later.

Anybody out there have a garden hose that lays out flat and orderly like this one on the video? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

All that plastic crap (panels and landscape paper). Totally unnecessary. The human obsession with plastic has to end. Just use a gravel bed, then you don’t need any of that crap.

Ok, I watched the professionals install a paver at my neighbor’s house, and I watched this video, so I’m READY TO GO.

But – say I put the plastic edging in with the nails, but I need grass to be there … how would I do that? In this video, they have like 2 feet of mulch on each side (and a house to die for). I’m just trying to put out a 9×5 paver patio for my trash cans!!!! πŸ€”

  23. John Doe on April 27, 2021 at 12:36 am

Nice results, but when there is a heavy rain the sand between the rocks vanishes, no ?

  24. Jevaunny Barton on April 27, 2021 at 12:37 am

Before you install the whole thing how far did you dig before u add the weed barier?

  25. Jane Tang on April 27, 2021 at 12:41 am

  26. Kwan Yee Cheng on April 27, 2021 at 12:42 am

I think Lowe’s tutorials are generally better than HD’s.

  27. Dan Milbourne on April 27, 2021 at 12:42 am

If using paver panels why do I need the weed barrier? Won’t the paver panel to the job? Am I missing something?

  28. Reviewithme 99 on April 27, 2021 at 12:45 am

If my base sand is wet is that okay?

  33. Corey Mack on April 27, 2021 at 12:48 am

"looks just like stone". Why did you choose to show the pavers that looked the least like stone at that time

  34. Daniel Moya on April 27, 2021 at 12:48 am

Anyone know where to purchase the base paver panels in Canada? Can’t find them.

  35. Reggie R2 on April 27, 2021 at 12:49 am

This makes me think I can do it!

  36. Richard on April 27, 2021 at 12:52 am

I would say it’s better to have small joints, or fill the joints with cement like a tiling job. If you have wide sand joints then airborne seeds that land in the groove will grow in it.

  42. HuskyKMA on April 27, 2021 at 12:58 am

Don’t buy the 2×4 at Lowe’s or you’ll end up with 3/4" of sand on the edges and 1/8" in the middle.

  43. Ride Rad on April 27, 2021 at 12:58 am

dear lowes, for gods sake, add the link to the building materials on your website to the video. I should be able to be like boom sand, boom bricks, boom tamper, order, done!
