I just learned that lesson. I used standard lxw estimate for the pavers. Then the client pulled a bait and switch, and the pavers were a awkward shape, and ended up needed an extra 30(200.00 extra) pavers

Fair price, nice work. Everything adds up in these jobs. Paying work comp and ins, tax, and over head, we are not getting rich, got to hustle and sell. Its hard work and it wears you out, you deserve to get paid for it

Great video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered – Patlarny Fit Yourself Principle (probably on Google)? It is a good one of a kind guide for getting 7250 breathtaking landscaping designs minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got great success with it.

Why did you not credit the pavers that you did not use on this job since you ended up selling the unused pavers to someone else? Or did I misunderstand what you did with the unused pavers.
