Zucchini grows like a weed in Arizona. I give more care to my tomatoes. I already have more zucchini than I can give away.

Great video! Weird thing happened this year. The first couple of weeks, my plant only produced FEMALE flowers! strange! Now it’s all working out very well though and I have started to harvest a few fruits.

I have two zucchini plants growing over top of eachother and they’re still somehow both thriving and producing like crazy but I do agree about the spacing. it makes it hard to get to the zucchini without damaging the leaf stems

  14. Cynthia Powers on July 21, 2021 at 9:13 pm

Grow in a container and stake them.

  15. Johnny Bravado on July 21, 2021 at 9:16 pm

So refreshing to see someone so passionate about gardening tips! I adore zucchini and summer squash, especially Zephyr, which is a hybrid between the two. Highly prolific! Thank you for covering the basics. My prime enemy is the squash bug and I hand pick the eggs and adults. Happy gardening ! ~ Diane
