Hey John have you ever did a video on making your own composting bin, barrel or something like that? I really dont want to buy one if i can build a better one cheap.
I am a chef and always have a ton of scraps everyday.

    Hey John –
You talk about using concrete blocks for raised beds in this video. I know you don’t like using pressure treated lumber for raised beds, due to the chemicals. How about the paint / chemicals in the concrete blocks? Is that less of a concern to you? Why? We’ve been thinking about getting more raised beds built, and have been considereing using concrete blocks because we’d like them to last forever, and so I just wanted your opinion about this. Thanks.

John, So cool to see you do a show at a store I shop at here in Ohio. I am going to try to convert my garden to all raised beds next year and this info will definitely help. I currently have 2 4×8 raised beds which I built from lumber I purchased at Menards!
