and … a mallet to convince it to go in the "right" spot. I’ve done this to my home in my younger years and hard work, dirty, time consuming but oh so rewarding for you AND the neighbors!!!

Your pavers are shifting because you dont have a stable base. Laying them durectly on the soil will quickly becomes uneven

Bro fuck using a pressure washer without shoes. I used our hydro jetter with the gun attachment at work once and accidentally put a hole in my boot. Way more pressure, but still. You got balls.

Nice work, but don’t mound up mulch around the base of your trees above the roots! It is terrible for the trees!

What a nice idea I have a similar idea how I build landscaping lights can’t believe how much they cost

You’re going to regret putting those hydrangea’s there once you see how big they get unless you stay on top of trimming them. Also, the solar powered lighting is a waste of money because they aren’t bright enough. Use some low voltage wire and buy some lights that are hardwired instead. Other than that, I like how it turned out.

Looks great and for that much it will definitely give my parentโ€™s home a nice curb appeal. Iโ€™ve been itching to do a project.

I took a 30 yard load of fresh wood chips all natural they were free I got in touch with a local tree guy and I can call him at any time and he’ll put me on the list. I think the mulch that comes with the dye actually hurts and affects the growth of plants

Nice basic advice for the novice…but please folks…never, NEVER power wash anything barefoot.

  33. ozzy eMate on July 27, 2021 at 9:44 pm

I try not to prune my trees too much I like to be concealed from my neighbors I don’t live in open neighborhood like you but I would much prefer to have My House blocked but I see your point and most of your neighbors have some pretty well groomed trees

Here’s a little tip for the pressure washer put some dawn dishwashing liquid down it’s the same stuff they use to wash birds after oil spill let it soak and come back with some warm water you’ll be amazed at how much dirt and grime and even most of the oil stain can be removed good luck

No 12v lights? That was the time to layout 12v cords with LED lights that last years, are bright and deter burglars.

Organic stuff in plastic bags โ€ฆ oh that dollar! The company wants you to not be mad ๐Ÿ˜ก when purchases. If they had organic paper bags it would rip before it could franchise the warehouse to ship to store.

They they need that dollar from your pocket. ๐Ÿ‘œ. ๐Ÿ’ธ

  45. Saad Fazal on July 27, 2021 at 9:56 pm

Nice job! Pressure wash always in the end!

  46. Jose YourNorthEastDriver Echevarria on July 27, 2021 at 9:59 pm

I use to work in landscaping so I know what you are saying mulch has must be done yearly if you don’t have the time to be mulching then you might want to go with white gravel and believe me the only thing you need to do is spray the weed’s and it will last forever and the value of your home will go up because it’s low maintenance.
