    Awesome video! Thank you so much… I planted garlic last October here in Southern California, zone 10B, I put it in the fridge for 2 months, it didn’t do great, I think it’s because I planted it behind my lime tree and it didn’t get enough sun? 😳 not sure, I still got small garlic heads though, and I use them all 😃😄 the same thing happened to my onions, which I planted in the same raised bed as the garlic. I’ll try again this year, I’ll follow your tips of the fertilizer and baking soda before planting 😁 an onion video from seed would also be amazing btw 👌🏽

    After three years of minimal success with hardnecks here in zone 10, I finally did enough research to find out about the refrigeration technique. This is the only garlic video on YouTube (and I’ve watched loads of them) that mentions this. Thank you for your thoroughness.
