Can you give a link to the latex paint you used please.

  2. Victor Vek on September 3, 2021 at 11:00 pm

If you want them to last, don’t make them with plywood.

  3. alainrihas on September 3, 2021 at 11:01 pm

    Legend thank you

  12. Oscar O on September 3, 2021 at 11:14 pm

This may seem like a stupid question but do you have to fill them completely to add plants? Could I put a bottom about half way and only fill from there ? Depending on the plant of course and how much depth they need

  13. marccas10 on September 3, 2021 at 11:14 pm

I respect any man that gets tools and has a go but £12? Nope.

  14. Shop Therapy on September 3, 2021 at 11:19 pm

    yeeeeaaahhh…..don’t make planters like this.

  15. daddybear236 on September 3, 2021 at 11:19 pm

This planter will fail in 12 months. Plywood is not durable enough for such outdoor application

  16. chris numnuts on September 3, 2021 at 11:20 pm

its ok if you live near a tip are have a endless supply of wood are you fit a a fiddle to carry a pallet. if you have no car its no problem

Great only issue i see is that you dont tend to just have those fence posts laying about an they arent cheap, either is sheets of OSB!

  21. Robert Paid Price on September 3, 2021 at 11:30 pm

I would like to how these look now. What about drainage ?

  22. Cee dee on September 3, 2021 at 11:30 pm

I LOVE how straightforward that was! Thank you! I will update you with my planter boxes soon as I am in the process of doing me garden.

  23. Danielle Olivia on September 3, 2021 at 11:31 pm

I’d like the long planter but the same height as the first one you did. Can you tell me what I’d need to ask for at b and q and how much you’d think it would cost? Thanks

  24. Wisconsin.pikachu on September 3, 2021 at 11:31 pm

Good luck building this for cheap with today’s wood prices

  25. Dr. Lex Winter on September 3, 2021 at 11:32 pm

Dude. Latex paint is water based. Meaning that it IS NOT waterproof outdoors. Also I don’t mean to rain on your parade, but you absolutely damaged your real estate value with that monstrosity.

  26. Will Patey on September 3, 2021 at 11:33 pm

You must have used Dianne Abbots calculator to work out the £12 cost.

  27. Blanca Garcia on September 3, 2021 at 11:33 pm

Best looking garden beds! Love them!,

  28. Jet Tipzy on September 3, 2021 at 11:37 pm

    Looks great ! Great video

  30. Susan Rearick on September 3, 2021 at 11:37 pm

What did you do to raise the beds inside? It looks like the plastic is sitting pretty high so you don’t use a ton of dirt.

  31. Ice J on September 3, 2021 at 11:38 pm

great stuff man! Could I ask what colour paint and brand you used? Looks absolutely brill

  32. Supernatural HauntedHouse on September 3, 2021 at 11:38 pm

Love it and totally stealing it for my garden! Thank you for the inspiration.

  33. Phil Richmond on September 3, 2021 at 11:40 pm

I used pvc cladding. Easy to clean and doesn’t rot.

  34. God is Love on September 3, 2021 at 11:42 pm

    Great video!!!

  35. R G on September 3, 2021 at 11:43 pm

Now way this would all cost £12 lol..

  36. Deb0rah1 on September 3, 2021 at 11:43 pm

But there no base to them? So once they’re filled they couldn’t be moved and if you tried all the compost inside would be left underneath plus weeds from lawn would grow up to the plants

  37. apples&oranges on September 3, 2021 at 11:46 pm

Hi Dan, great video! I want to make some planters for my garden too but my garden is on a downward slope ..any tips?

  38. stu plant on September 3, 2021 at 11:46 pm

  39. mermaid dream on September 3, 2021 at 11:48 pm
