Hi Nili, sorry if you already shared this and I missed it but what temp was your oven? I buy grey mineral salt that comes kind of wet and it would be amazing if I could dry it out in the oven!

I just copied the recipe down. I’m going to add some dried garlic I made after the garlic festival last year (still have several varieties of garlic with different strengths left over). Thanks for the continuing inspiration.

What a good way to preserve and use up fresh herbs. Thanks again for doing this!

I have dried my own herbs for years and used them fresh in the warm months. This sounds really good, Nili. I use the dehydrator- would this work just as well or is it best done in the oven?? Thanks….. Mo

Omgoodness, your videos are always on point, Nili!!! I tried to do an Instant Pot roast chicken video tonight, thinking of you when you mentioned you did "fancy" videos. I had an epic fail! So I just turned it into comedy! 🤣😂 You deliver such helpful and poised content! Props! Oh, and the lemon herb salt looks amazing!! 💕💯🤗👍🏼
