Hey Keith, how much more would it cost you to rent a skid steer compared to the ditch witch ? You’d save a lot of time moving material and get better compaction. Just my 2 cents! Good on you going after the bigger jobs!

  10. Spencer Lewer on October 2, 2021 at 8:12 am

Also, I sold my lawn care business. I made about $20k from just selling my accounts. I’m 26 years old. You helped me build it and grow it to where I could maintain it myself and sell it while still making a profit. Your attitude has changed mine. Keep inspiring others, there will be another guy like me that stumbles on your channel. I will still watch your videos even though I won’t be doing this kind of work. I’m laying cable and fiber lines now for a smaller company located in the southeast, (Augusta, GA is the home base). Best of luck, talk soon

  11. Jake Duffin on October 2, 2021 at 8:12 am

Great video, thank you. How did you go about figuring how much to charge for removing the concrete? Also, what would be the costs for the fill dirt and top soil?

  12. Bill Komar on October 2, 2021 at 8:12 am

What phone do you use to record? Great video

  13. Grady Wray on October 2, 2021 at 8:12 am

Sounds like you need to pull the trigger on that mini loader dawg. If you rent one more than two days a month its cheaper to finance and buy. It will literally replace an entire man on the job. I use mine for grading and dirt work, moving large boulders or concrete and even for scooping mulch to fill up wheel barrows. That thing is the best. Buy a ditch witch or vermeer.

I get what you’re saying though cause I do the same thing for my painting business. Great video as always Keith. Keep up all the hard work man. We have a Amazon building here where I live in Fall River, Massachusetts. The building is 1,000,000 sq ft. The one you showed looked about the same size. Jeff Bezos is taking over the world. By the way when you see or talk to Eric tell him to please upload on his You Tube channel. I miss watching his videos. I was learning from him to. Come on Keith get Eric back on the You Tube videos for us that want to see him upload videos. There’s a lot of us out here. I read it all the time on his Instagram. Thanks Keith.
