    Just wondering if the tomato plant "earth" should have signs of what appears to be mold…We are getting green tomatoes to appear but concerned about the appearance of moldy substance. The lettuce is very good.

    My issue with these is that I had my plant grow so big that I had to refill it so often that might as well plant them outside.

    Two hundred dollars?! Just get some jiffy pods and water it. It’s like $5 and maybe another $50 every so often if you start expanding into different potted plants.
