How to Force Bulbs in Glass Vases and Containers

Barb Pierson, Nursery Manager at White Flower Farm, shows us step by step how to force bulbs in glass vases and containers with rocks, marbles or glass pebbles and water. She conducts an experiment to help decide whether or not the bulbs should be placed in a cool, dark area once they are “potted’ in the container to see whether or not it promotes a better bloom.
