    One thing she failed to mention is that herbs have to be dried away from windows or anywhere sunlight can penetrate as UV rays destroy all the goodness in them.

    i grow comfrey , the no 1 herb . i make strong cold infused oil with the fresh herb in olive oil, left in dark for min 6 weeks,also i put roots in slow cooker on low and keep the brown liquid to spray on face 1st thing in morn and any sore bits! my mum was in agony with tooth ace once ,so i boiled up a very strong root mixture to make a super strong mouth wash …….within hours she was much much better!. ive yarrow , dandelion ,nettles etc too , but my 60 odd comfrey plants are my fav

    we had a discussion in class on medicinal mushrooms. The question was how would you sustainably grow it for retail – not nesessarily industrially but so that people can get access to small quantities, especially from disadvantaged communities who need nutrients more.

    This is an ok video, but she should have said in the beginning that this does not apply to everything. For example: I have epilepsy and there is no damn way that I switch my medicine that is legit saving my life to some leaves because a random lady on youtube told me to.
