Winter Gardening Tips for Zone 7A, 7B

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…for GARDENING! Here are 3 simple tips to help you winterize your garden for the upcoming cold temperature!

What we have growing in our winter garden:
-bok choy
– Swiss chard
-butter lettuce
-red leaf lettuce
– dinosaur kale
– onion
-garlic
– carrots
-broccoli
-spinach
-snap peas
– mint (apple, pineapple, chocolate, and spear)

I have a good bit growing in the garden; sugar snap peas, collards, 4 kinds of kale, 3 kinds of lettuce, Swiss chard, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouting broccoli, 2 types of cabbage, yellow and purple onions, garlic, tomatoes in the greenhouse, red veined sorrel, roselle red hibiscus, sugar cane starts, marigolds, artichoke, and a whole host of herbs.🙂
