Planting Potatoes, Onions and Peas in February | Zone 8a Garden

Its early February in Louisiana zone 8a and we are planting potatoes, onions and peas.
I share what I know about onions being a little bit cold hardy. In this zone, things get hot fast. BUT~ we are getting snow on Feb 14th! They say up to 8″! So, we will see how this goes!
Thanks for watching!
here is the harvest of these onions! https://youtu.be/PF0siPWlQpU
