Hi Becca, hope you’re safe and well!! Came back to your video because I was looking for diy insulating of indoor greenhouses lol. I completely forgot about the rug type mats for warmth!! Are you still using this greenhouse or did you ever get
that GORGEOUS credenza which I always wanted but completely forgot about and ended up getting this greenhouse lol? And YES, the zippers are annoying lol!! Have a blessed day Becca!!💖🤗🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have 2 of these greenhouses. Ones a little bigger, but I got one a year ago and the other 2 years ago. Glue would help with the structural problem you’re having but I used a rubber mallet to make sure the poles were really in there. I haven’t had an issue since I got them and have not had to glue them. I have mine pretty packed with plants too so the shelves are supporting a lot of weight. They are not the cutest but they’re right inside my front door, the winters can be bad here, but since they’re so packed I can roll them open in the summer and my porch is really humid and it’s pretty to walk into and see right away

DIY suggestion. Yes, with this you will lose some portability: go to big box store and buy the study metal racks. Buy sheet plastic. Cut to fit sides. Hang from the sides with shower curtain hooks/clips or even binder clips. Cut a piece to fit the top. Now you have something larger and sturdier and works the same way to keep plant humidity up. It does not have to be sealed at every seam to keep humidity in. As a matter of fact, some air flow is good to keep mold/mildew at bay.
Watch the begonia carefully for fungus. Stagnant air is the kiss of death to them.

Great, just get a small fan to keep the air circulating, good job. Don’t feel bad it happens you will have casualties.

  20. Seiyuōkami Himura on April 13, 2022 at 6:26 pm

I have the bigger walk in model. I used zipties. Had it for probably 4-5 seasons and it is still functional.

  21. Eliana Briones on April 13, 2022 at 6:26 pm

I have the same house!! They are some longer sticks and some shorter ones for 2 to 3 inch I believe!! Check if you don’t place it wrong !! Lol🤣 when I was putting it together I didn’t it twice!! Because I didn’t realize that!!

  24. Eugenia Paola on April 13, 2022 at 6:30 pm

First time i see your videos! Pretty cool! I have this exact same greenhouse I got it on Joblot for $31!! I’m growing with an artificial light that was just $17!!! I have Romain Lettuce, Dill, Cilantro, Long coriander, strawberry, tomatoes, parsley, chives, bell peppers and everything is doing pretty good.

  25. Mare Over on April 13, 2022 at 6:30 pm

I have been using this one for the last couple of years. I keep my orchids there until blooming season.

  26. Lachlan Healey on April 13, 2022 at 6:32 pm

Do you still have that review section on your website? I had a look and couldn’t see it.

  27. JustMeJo on April 13, 2022 at 6:34 pm

Zip tie the frame together. Easy to ship off when you want to take it down

  28. john remmen on April 13, 2022 at 6:35 pm

current price ( may 2021) the greenhouse is about 70

  29. Mariajuana on April 13, 2022 at 6:36 pm

This video cracked up. I feel your struggle of a tiny place, lots of plants and a hatred of assembly required anything

  30. Maxima Andrea on April 13, 2022 at 6:37 pm

Hi Becca! I was just wondering if you use a fan or anything for the aeration of the greenhouse?

  31. Dorothy regazzi on April 13, 2022 at 6:37 pm

watch some videos on propagating plants from cuttings. You will understand it better
I learned a lot from you tube

  32. Lance Novak on April 13, 2022 at 6:40 pm

Such a helpful vid! What cocoa mat did you use?

  33. Huntress Snow on April 13, 2022 at 6:41 pm

I took out the bottom or top shelve for taller plants.

  34. Ressimee on April 13, 2022 at 6:42 pm

How did u put the lights? The one i bought is similar to urs but the plastic cover is way to big..

  35. The Mirya Makeup on April 13, 2022 at 6:43 pm

Are your lights waterproof? If not, do they experience any condensation issues?

  36. Joe WRX on April 13, 2022 at 6:44 pm

Wow you complain so much about the stupidest things

  37. Aarslikker Danny on April 13, 2022 at 6:44 pm

    Lol

  38. Petra Jean on April 13, 2022 at 6:46 pm

This is the exact one I have and for the price it’s everything I could ask for! All the humidity issues have been taken care of and my plants are thriving 🙂

  39. JustMeJo on April 13, 2022 at 6:48 pm

Great quarantine structure and you can snip out a hole on one side of the shelf for when you need a spot for taller plants 🤗

  40. Stephanie Buzzella on April 13, 2022 at 6:48 pm

I just brought home a bunch of chonks and a few anthuriums and I’m so scared I’m going to kill this waroc before I get a greenhouse set up 😞

  41. Dustin Charles on April 13, 2022 at 6:49 pm

I want to turn a thin stretch of my house (low-cut wall next to a hallway) into an indoor greenhouse, with a skylight above, leading light down into it. Not sure where I want to start though. So I just bought plants.

  42. Aarslikker Danny on April 13, 2022 at 6:49 pm

    This doesn’t look messy

  43. Jacqui G on April 13, 2022 at 6:49 pm

Try Facebook marketplace first SO many glass cabinets

  44. Martin on April 13, 2022 at 6:52 pm

I have this greenhouse and it was easy to put together. It’s been useful and great for my plant rehabs. You need to use a mallet to secure the poles into the slots. It holds a lot of plants and my humidifier and fan for circulation.

  45. Jenn AKA Skuna on April 13, 2022 at 6:53 pm

Ohh!! This just gave me an idea to convert my curio cabinet to a greenhouse!! 🙌🏼 Just gotta waterproof the wood and repaint. Thanks for the inspo!

  46. Meredith Morales on April 13, 2022 at 6:55 pm

I would love an update, and a review of the ikea greenhouse once you get it!! PLEASE!!

  47. FitzDarcy on April 13, 2022 at 6:58 pm

i also have one😂its ugly but my plants love it…so I just decided to put it in my walk in closet with a sunroof for nobody to see except me and my husband😌I don’t have any structural problem with it though because I’m just so OC maybe I hammered them nice and tight when I assembled them…

  48. Brooke Cammarata on April 13, 2022 at 6:58 pm

when you put it together, you really have to push the bars in the holders. i bought the same one. and really had to push them in.

  49. What Is Truth? on April 13, 2022 at 6:59 pm

Maybe tying zip ties, twine, or rope around the entire outside along the perimeter of each shelf might help secure the rods to the shelves

  50. Dorothy regazzi on April 13, 2022 at 6:59 pm

with your raffa defora cut all the leaves in half and only leave one leaf whole. Your plant will then produce more roots to sustain itself. All the nutrients are going into the leaf and not enough roots to keep it alive
