WINDOW CLEANING Insurance , Tax & cowboy window cleaners.

Another day cleaning windows in the UK. It’s raining and I’m in my van thinking about insurance, tax & cowboy window cleaners.

Lots of jealous people in business. Don’t like to see the competition getting on and progressing.

Myself to say anyone a cowboy in any profession would be someone whom doesn’t do a job properly etc, and when my step daughter at.the age of 14 back then heard tell her about my taxes and she said you don’t pay taxes lol and I said just because your dad is avoiding to pay taxes as a recovery service doesn’t mean all self employed people are like that. And I was called up about 2005 and they said they owed me which was a bonus as I thought they where going to try like they did to you.

The public do not understand or actually see we are professional cleaning operatives.

We work hard and don’t sit at a desk in a suit 8 hours a day 5 days a week
We offer a professional service with great customer service and a skillset that has be around for hundreds of years.

The reference cowboy window cleaners come from the fact that travellers / gypsies in certain areas of the UK are now taking up window cleaning and have been seriously undercutting local chaps and in some parts have damaged sills with ladders and have been using unpurififed water which leaves drying marks and stains.

They don’t pay their taxes they have no public liability insurance either. Fact I had them in my area

I did a load of pole fed & manual window cleaning for a council in London for 3 months. I have nothing but respect for window cleaners now lol

Your cleaning that window like a cowboy and you’re rubbing it it wrong and also you are in my area

It’s the worst part of the job, knowing that everyone thinks window cleaners are just thick twats. That might be the case for some, but not all of us are.

Brilliant video, I agree with you how everyone looks down on window cleaners which is completely wrong 😊

There are a lot of cowboys out there and they need calling out, why have their backs when they give the rest if us a bad rep.

  16. mark reynolds on April 25, 2022 at 7:31 pm

theirs a lot of cowboys in white collar professions too, but they dont go around slagging each other off as it would look unprofessional. seems to be exclusive to blue collar workers.
