I don’t know anything about landscaping but do you buy all the materials like grass, soil, plants, rocks and then the 50K some of it is used to replace cost the materials used. Or do the customers buy all that ahead of time ?

The paving cost about $14,000 (just the pavers) on top of that you need the sand, cement and sub-base material and disposal of the existing soil. All of the equipment rentals could easily reach $3000. The fence could have cost $3000. The turf could cost $500. Planning, organizing and implementing the job could cost $5000 in labor but there are several other charges that can be added to this along the way. So that’s $25,500 (at the very least). I think $54,000 isn’t a ridiculous price for a high-quality job like this done so quickly.

Why over in california ypu do all the ittigation in pvc??? Up here in Massachusetts we do it all in poly pipe. The inly things we do in pvc are golf courses and amy kind of sprt field. Also just wanna say your doing a frear job love your channel and very inspiring for for a young kid (25) like me.
