Greenhouse Tour – Spring in Seattle

This is the greenhouse I have: Botanic Portable Greenhouse https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08T54JLKW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?_encoding=UTF8&amp%3Bpsc=1&camp=1789&creative=9325%22&ie=UTF8&linkCode=ur2&linkId=3215f93ab9eb82d08ccbe6fca54aa6f9&tag=saramcnally-20

We set up the greenhouse at the beginning of fall 2021, and I was able to successfully overwinter a few of my herbs and outside plants until spring 2022. The greenhouse is not heated. Right now I’m focused on curating the herbs I want for cooking and tea making (my favorites are peppermint and lemon balm). I’ve got a lot of chamomile started, hoping to use it for fresh flower tea over the summer and to dry and save enough for use in the winter.

How cold does it get in the winter there? Do you have your greenhouse running all winter?
