    Plants need drainage – if you expect plants to thrive in those containers, you must put in drainage holes. I guess it would be possible to be extremely careful with watering but if you don’t put in the holes I would at least have pebbles or something at the bottom where the water can drain to and allow the roots to breath. Neat idea if for decoration for a short time.
