    One of the only things I disagree with is him saying he needs to answer if clients call at 10pm. That’s a boundary anyone should have, no way I’m answering a call at night. Keeping regular business hours is not only more professional but also key to preventing burnout over the years.

    They would also benefit enormously from a real landscape CRM like SingleOps or SynkedUp. Keeping a Google calendar would drive me nuts.

    Sucks, no matter how hard I work and try to market my business I can’t get anywhere. Everyone else just kinda gets customers randomly and word of mouth.
