We all want to try growing some vegetables in your kitchen garden, even if it is very small garden These greens like spinach, red amaranth, green amaranth, purslane, tomatoes,agix berries are low maintenance veggies that can be easily grown in limited space and with minimum effort.
Here I am harvesting greens from my 13th floor window garden in Mumbai and enjoying cooking it.
I love gardening and with my mother I enjoy gardening and cooking yummy fresh food.

Naturally grown food has now in everyone’s mind. Thanks to chemical laden food which made people realise about hazard of eating it. Growing your own food in a small space requires nature’s way to grow food.
Using homegrown harvest in kitchen is unimaginable bliss and now a days we see many cafes boosting it. The beautiful part about growing own natural food is that it’s fresh, straight from the soil into your kitchen without any travel mile carbon foot print and finally on our plate.
We can always be sure of the quality of our home grown food because it is without any chemical fertiliser and pesticide.
We have numerous health benefits of growing our own vegetables and greens and have multifold antioxidants.
