    Congrats on your engagement! Thanks for the video. I’m going to do the air dry method. How long does it take? The microwave, oven and dehydrator use heat, and therefore destroy nutrients.

    Be aware! don’t apply any of the 3 first reccomendations as this techniques just killed all the life nutrients of the herbs. I do agree with the last method but is missing sunlight!

    Wait, so I can just take the nice organic herbs I bought and literally leave them out on the counter until they’re finished drying?! I would have figured they’d oxidize and thus spoil too much that way…
